A Quick Piece On The Natural Ways I Use To Rejuvenate The Skin

Talk about being in the right place at the right time. This happened to me the other day. I was nowhere near close to a good idea for writing up a blog post on women’s beauty, skin care or basically just feeling good. Actually, finding ideas on what to write about is quite easy. All you need to do is go straight to the internet, type in the keywords that were in your head at the time and, hey presto, ideas, plenty of them if you’re prepared to spend the time and trouble going through at least five pages of search engine results.

Not me, I’m afraid. I haven’t got the patience for sifting through redundant articles. Please note that I’m not taking anything away from the other girls out there who’ve actually produced some really lovely and encouraging articles to read. The thing about many of them is that they’ve become dated. Some of the best-written articles, or those that have been smartly key-worded, are already more than two or so years old.

Like finding something refreshing to rejuvenate your tired skin with, wouldn’t it be better to find something original and new to read, chat about and then try out. Wouldn’t it be great to go out and tell the world about the results afterwards? That’s also my primary challenge. Always trying to find something original to discuss. So, like I said; talk about being in the right place at the right time. And then this happened.

One of our top newspapers published a survey on some of the most ridiculous things that desperate women have done over the last year or so to beautify themselves with and improve the condition of their skin. The survey was run by a cosmetics company, so you’ll understand that for purely commercial reasons, I cannot mention the name of the company or the newspaper that published the article online. But, if you’re smart and savvy like me, you’ll know how to find the original online article.

Anyway, the article published up to fifty things that women were doing to improve their looks and help them to feel good about themselves. Some of the things were really quite crazy while others made perfect sense. It looks like I’ve got more than enough space on my blog to extend this conversation which I hope is going to generate some really entertaining remarks. Remember, laughter is the best medicine of all, and it doesn’t produce wrinkles.

I’ll be returning to this discussion in a later post also labeled SKIN CARE. Be sure to look out for that one. In the meantime, let’s begin looking at that list. I’ll begin by mentioning the most prominent natural refresheners for the skin. I won’t really be going into the intricacies of it, except only to tell you that these natural, trouble-free remedies do work. First up is water. One tip-off stated that women should drink up to two liters of bottled water a day.

Unless you want to feel bloated all day long, and run to the toilet all day long, that’s fine. Otherwise, there’s really no need to be drinking so much water. Just your average six to eight glasses a day will do just fine. It keeps your skin moist. Cucumbers are marvelous, that much I will say. Amazingly, this vegetable has a very high water content, more so than any other nutrients in it. The old remedy of placing two slices of cucumber over tired eyes does work. So two, placing two damp tea bags over the eyes.
