Girls, time for an inspirational post. It’s time to start looking at yourself in the mirror in a whole new different way to help you to start feeling really good about yourself. This short inspirational post is written for those girls who are really feeling down in the dumps and who may even be suffering from what they call low self-esteem, for whatever reason. Isn’t it true that most young girls seem to be focused so much on their looks? What to wear in the morning, and how many kilos I need to shed, that sort of thing.
So, let’s go with that then; looks, what to wear and your weight. My aim is to please you, to lift you up, and to make you feel good about yourself. I’m not here to give expert advice, there’s other places to go for that sort of thing, but by the time you’re done with reading this post, you may either agree with most of what I’ve said, thinking that, yes, it does make sense what this crazy girl is trying to tell me, or have that magical eureka moment or say; why didn’t I think of that.
Never for once in your life tell yourself that you’re an ugly mug once you’ve finished glaring at yourself in the mirror. The next time you need to take a peek in the mirror, give yourself a thumbs up and shout out; hey, looking gorgeous you, you beautiful thing. Be confident and happy with the physical appearance that you’ve been blessed with. Of course, there will be days when you will well and truly be a sight for sore eyes, which is why you can now naturally turn to natural and organic beauty and skin care products that not only make you look good, but feel good as well.
WHAT TO WEAR
As far as I’m concerned, far too many girls are still preoccupied with what others are doing, and wearing. If they’re not up to date with the latest fashion trends and fads, they’re feeling downright down and sad. There go their checking accounts and charge cards for another month. What to wear is entirely up to you, of course. But why not start looking a little deeper.
What about just being yourself and creating a look that is yours? If you don’t mind me saying so, I’ve been doing this for a while already and, although that’s not the object of the exercise, you’ll be amazed at how many listless girls try to replicate your own unique style. You can become your own fashion consultant through studious reading and research on lifestyles and psychological self-evaluations rather than just copying and pasting what you see in the latest fashion mags.
Go for themes. Go on your feelings for the day and then see if you can build an affordable wardrobe from that basis. Larger girls, not necessarily overweight, always struggle to find their sizes. It’s trying to copy trends and fads again, I’m afraid. And it’s not just the bigger girls I’m addressing here; it goes for all of us. Instead of trying to cut off your circulation and becoming loathsomely unhappy as a result, wear comfortable fitting clothes.
You might also want to do a check on what’s in your fridge or cupboard. Perhaps there’s too many things there that encourage you to put on weight. You might also want to start thinking about working out a little. It will, at the end of the day, help you to feel good about yourself.
